Here's how search works today: Set filters, get 2000+ results, then manually review each profile because search can't express what you really want:

• "This says AI Engineer, but did they build models or just do research?"

• "ML experience, but were they primarily a data scientist? I need engineers."

You know good when you see it, but spend hours clicking through profiles to find it.

Finch automates this. Write your criteria in plain language. Scout reads every result and applies your rules automatically:

• "Must mention building AI models" ✓

• "Avoid primarily data scientists" ✓

Once dialed in, you can approve entire batches. Finch already did the thinking.

Progress indicators to keep you on track

Your new weekly dashboard tracks prospects added and messages sent, and replies booked. One glance tells you if you're hitting your numbers or falling behind.

Keyboard-first speed

New hotkeys (J/K to navigate, X to select, A to add to prospects, Enter/ESC to open and close profiles) and Collapsed View let you fly through profiles without touching the mouse. Process 10, 20, or 50 candidates at once—whatever fits your workflow.

Conversations kept tidy

Replies now live in their own tab with “sentiment” and “waiting on labels”. No more hunting through prospects to find who responded.
